The move to the Philippines in 2014 coincided with the period post-disaster of the typhoon Haiyan, which has devastated an enormous area in the southeast of the country.
IOM (International Organization for Migrations), which had an important role in the response to this catastrophe, was forced to expand and reorganize its offices in Manila and I was assigned as their consultant architect to renovate and create some of these new working spaces.
Simultaneously I've also had opportunity to assist IOM in the concept design for an evacuation centre in Guiuan and work in another project for a beach house in the southwest of Portugal.
