Timor Gap is the National Oil Company of Timor-Leste, with the mandate to conduct oil and gas business on behalf of the Timor-Leste Government.

The space of Its headquarter in Díli became insufficient, as the company grew up, and the need of extend its office to a new working space emerged.

The project for this new office started in 2013, when in Díli, the construction know-how and its resources were still very limited.

Aiming to satisfy the requirements, of a client willing to provide its new infrastructures with a contemporary design, the project was designed considering and evaluating the capacities of its potential contractor, avoiding complex details, or unavailable construction materials in the local market.
