PROJECT LOCATION

Tibar, East-Timor

Tibar is a quiet place in the north coast of East-Timor next to Díli District where this Timorese client owns a significant portion of land of approximately sixty hectares. Its morphology varies between its road access at the sea level up to this plateau with an endless view over the sea and further islands.

The program aimed the project for a private residence, sharing its living spaces with a guest house, both provided with all the proper facilities to ensure the success of a new touristic approach, within this region.

An interior garden of luxuriant vegetation would be the confluence space between the built spaces, contrasting with the vast arid area and native vegetation that surrounded the same built structures.
